Sunbrae Grove - Mt Maunganui, Tauranga

The owners of this home in Mount Maunganui had very specific instructions for Precise Builders to build a large family home, plenty of garage space, keep the existing kitchen and make it a healthier home. 

This Mount Maunganui project was a leaky home that was originally built with plaster cladding. The renovation required more work than expected. Once we opened up a few of the existing walls, we found a large amount of rotting timber that needed to be replaced, and some of the walls were even  re-built because they were beyond repair. 

This home is now a healthier and warmer home with double glazing. Not only did the home have an exterior facelift, it now has three storeys and more garage space, providing more room for the whole family to grow in. Precise Builders is proud to be part of building another healthier home.
