These 6 steps take you from imagining your new home to received the keys to your custom-built home.

Step 1: Put your vision onto paper

Upon reviewing the working drawings, we will prepare and send you a quote. Within this document, you will find exactly what is included in your building project. If there's something else you would like included in the quote or changes you want to discuss, we are more than happy to go over them and revise the document to meet your needs.

Step 2: We take you through your quote

Step 3: If you love what you see, we make it official

During this stage of the build, we finalise the quote and make sure you're happy with all the details.

Step 4: We double check drawings and consents

With the contracts signed, the heavy lifting begins. Our architect on the project will work with engineers to make sure the plan and working drawings satisfy all building requirements. Afterwards, the plans are submitted to Council for approval. During this time, the Council can request structural, drainage or geo-tech reports.

Step 5: We start doing what we love most

The Council has approved the project, meaning building can begin! With a focus on safety and your needs, we work to meet the proposed project timeline. We keep you informed every step of the way and continue working with you to select the finishing touches for your home.

Step 6: You get the keys

The last nail has been hammered, the paint has dried and the last fixture has been fitted: your house is ready to become a home. We welcome you into your new home, show you around and turn over the keys. We love this step more than building!
