Dave FitzGibbon
Director
Dave leads Precise Builders and makes it his priority to meet with clients onsite weekly. He is a friendly face you will come to recognise as the Director and Project Manager of Precise Builders.
With over 20 years experience as a builder, Dave brings heartfelt enthusiasm to his work. A qualified builder and Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), Dave loves building homes for people. To him, nothing beats seeing that smile when a person first steps into their new home.
Dave acquired his skills and passion for building through an apprenticeship, which was completed with a local Tauranga builder. He used this knowledge to start a successful company in London, building lofts and extensions. Moving back to New Zealand to raise their family, Dave's uncontested joy for building led him to establish Precise Builders with his wife, Rachael in 2014.
Rachael FitzGibbon
Business Manager
Rachael is Precise Builders' Business Manager. Her work ranges from writing up contracts, managing their in-house quantity surveyors and their administrative assistant, as well as invoicing clients. Rachael is behind the day-to-day running of the business.
Rachael uses her seasoned administrative skills to keep Precise Builders humming along without a hitch. With over 15 years experience in the field, Rachael enjoys watching the journey a customer takes when they build a new home. The transition from a piece of paper to a sturdy and stylish place to call home is one filled with excitement and emotion.
